Our Marketplace Lodge apartment #318 makes it possible to reveal all opportunities from an excellent atmosphere of sport, fun and pleasure! This spacious condo has three sleeping areas with two double beds and one queen-size bed. The apartment has an area of 700 square feet and two bathrooms, which allows to host up to 6 friends. Open-concept fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need to prepare your favorite meal or cocktail - a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a coffee-maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a toaster! Only 10 minutes walk to the lifts and a free shuttle is also available.

You will enjoy a beautiful Mountain Valley view from the 3rd floor. Our spacious balcony allows you to enjoy lovely mornings with a cup of hot tea or coffee with your friends. A common hot tub is available for you during extended business hours. All levels are equipped with an elevator and stairs.

  • Apartment layout:
    This exceptional one bedroom and den unit easily accommodates six guests. It has a spacious kitchen, living area and a den. There are two bathrooms and a large private balcony.
  • Bedroom:
    There is one separate bedroom with one big queen-size bed. An entrance to the ensuite bathroom is inside the bedroom.
  • Den:
    The spacious den has a double-bed, which allows to host two more friends or family members.
  • Living room:
    A large sofa-bed, a dining table for 6 person, gas fireplace, cable TV, Stereo and a telephone are available to you in the living room.
  • Kitchen:
    The kitchen is fully equipped with all may need: a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a coffee-maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a toaster and other utensils.
  • Available services:
    Laundry/Dryer room in the building open 24/7 (coin-operated) is situated on the third floor of the building next to unit #350.
    One reserved parking spot in the underground parking is available to our guests traveling by car.
    If you are staying for a month or longer, one extra cleaning with bed linen change is included in your rate of stay and will be arranged at your convenience, just please let us know a bit in advance. Additional cleanings are available for a fee of approximately 70 dollars.
    Hot Tub in the building is free for all guests and is located on the third floor next to unit #301. Please note: this is a common area. Operation hours: 10 am - 10 pm.
  • Internet access:
    We provide a modem for unlimited internet access free of charge.
  • Resort amenities:
    Marketplace Lodge is located in a walking distance from Whistler-Blackcomb lifts. You can walk to the lifts (5-7 minutes) or take a free shuttle which departs every 15 minutes. IGA grocery store, liquor store, video rentals, post office, pharmacy, Starbucks and shops are also right at your door step.
  • Rate specials:
    If booking for a long-term period or within low season discounts and special rates are available. Long-term rates for 2010/11 are as follows: November - CAD 2000, from December to March CAD 4500 per month, April - CAD 2500, from May to October - CAD 1600 per month.
