Comfortable queen-size bed and sofa-bed can accommodate up to 4 guests. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all
facilities you may need – a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a coffee-maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a toaster.
A comfortable bathroom with fresh linen, a fire-place and a shared hot tub will be a perfect relaxation after a skiing or a riding day!
Location of our perfect apartment #252 on the second floor in the Marketplace Lodge has everything you need –
stores with sport goods, liquor-stores, convenience stores, a post-office, various bars and restaurants.
A free shuttle to the lifts departs every 15 minutes. Valley Mountain view is especially beautiful after dawn and during a sunny day.
You can sit and enjoy a charming mountain view from the balcony.
All levels are equipped with an elevator and stairs.

This apartment offers one bedroom, a living room with designated kitchen, dining area and recreation area.
There is a bathroom, private balcony and ski/snowboard storage.

There is one separate bedroom with one big queen-size bed.

A large sofa-bed, a dining table for 4 person, gas fireplace, cable TV and a telephone are available to you in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all may need: a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a coffee-maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a toaster and other utensils.

Laundry/Dryer room in the building open 24/7 (coin-operated) is situated on the third floor next to the unit #350;
One reserved parking spot in the underground parking. Common key is required for parking access, all information is provided when you book with us.
If you are staying for a month or longer, one extra cleaning with bed linen change is included in your rate of stay and will be arranged at your convenience (just advise us when you would like to have it). Additional cleanings are available for a fee of approximately 70 dollars.
Hot Tub common area is free for all guests and is located on the third floor next to unit #301. Please note the operation hours: 10 am - 10 pm.

Marketplace Lodge is located in a walking distance from Whistler-Blackcomb lifts.
You can walk to the lifts (5-7 minutes) or take a free shuttle which departs every 15 minutes. IGA grocery store, liquor store, video rentals, post office, pharmacy, Starbucks and shops are also right at your door step.

Rate specials:
If booking for a long-term period or within low season discounts and special rates are available. Long-term rates for 2010/11 are as follows: November - CAD 1500, from December to March CAD 3500 per month, April - CAD 2000, from May to October - CAD 1300 per month.
